As caretakers, Robert Wilson and “John Brown” (pictured below) would like to welcome you to peaceful Willowdale Farm. The Barn Loft Bed and Breakfast is the very private upper level of a large barn located on the property, where guests have the whole loft to themselves, not just a couple of bedrooms. Robert designed and built the barn in 1994, being influenced by old barns seen throughout Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

One enters the loft via the outside private staircase onto a nice windowed porch which overlooks the farm. Handmade french doors invite you into the dining/living area which has a cypress planked vaulted ceiling with high speed wireless internet and direct TV. The open kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, and coffeemaker. There is even a washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. (there is also a sleeper sofa if needed for larger groups). A very large bathroom has both an antique cast iron tub and a separate shower. Central heat and air keeps you comfortable. There is no phone, however cells have service. The loft is nicely decorated with antique signs, pottery, and attractive accessories, most of which may be purchased. The furniture was built in Robert's studio located on the property.

Whether you are wandering around the garden and grounds, hiking to the creek, or simply resting on the porch, your stay will surely leave you refreshed and renewed. And someone is always around to assist with comfort, convenience, and service.

RATES AND AMENITIES

Until further notice, The Barn Loft Bed and Breakfast is closed for any new reservations. We want to sincerely thank all the many wonderful guests who have walked these grounds and stayed the night at this little farm over the years. It always made us feel our efforts were worthwhile.

The Barn Loft accommodates from one to six guests. Each party will have the entire loft to themselves, even if their’s just one person, because we never double book the barn loft. Guests will have total privacy!

Rates are typically $78.00 for each adult per night. (see additional rate info below ***)
Students and children between 10 and 17 years old staying with 2 or more adults will only be charged $25.00 each.
Rates change for home game weekends and other special events.

***SINGLE PERSON RATE IS $156.00 PER NIGHT - IF 2 OR MORE ADULTS, RATE IS $78.00 PER PERSON

***TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED UNLESS 3 OR MORE ADULTS

Rates include fresh baked bread or muffins, fresh hand-cut fruit, cereals, milk, apple and orange juice, and coffee. All these items are brought to the loft kitchen late each afternoon so guests can enjoy their next morning's breakfast at their leisure.

A deposit of at least one night's stay is required. Final payment is due upon arrival. The deposit must be received within 14 days of making the reservation or the date will not be guaranteed.

We accept cash or checks.

If reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to reserved date a full refund will be made. Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior will receive no refund.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 11:00 PM

Check out is 11:00 AM

For safety reasons no pets, parties, or children under ten years old are allowed
